Healthy Workplace Consulting is meant for decision makers and leaders that are ready to deal with the people problems – even if they seem difficult to solve. The process is designed case by case including personal and business ethics considerations. Instead of impulsive reaction, or turning away, management will act with integrity and accountability.

Investment in psychologically healthier organization pays back because the cost of destructive behavior at work is high: unmanaged conflicts lead to stress, and long-term fatigue results in sick leaves and staff turnover.

Conflict reconciliation is a typical process that I facilitate when there are inflamed relationships that deteriorate the performance and wellbeing of individuals and teams. Non-violent communication model has also proven effective in changing the attitude of conflicting parties. To prevent further conflicts, it is important that an appropriate code of conduct is established by engaging facilitation so that everyone will commit to follow the rules of good workplace behavior.

Healthy Workplace Consulting may also take a form of HR Mentoring. I support HR professionals to effectively build high performing culture where people are led with respect and integrity. I also use scientifically proven methods like Workplace Big Five profiles to develop well-functioning teams.
